Mubarak holds Israel responsible for obstructing ME peace

The Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has warned Israel against its continued brutal aggressions against the Palestinian people and its flagrant violations of the international charters and UN resolutions.
In his speech at the joint session of the Egyptian people's assembly and the Shoura council on Sunday, President Mubarak held Israel responsible for obstructing the peace process on all tracks, intensifying conditions in the region, noting that the government of the Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak had eliminated all chances for a just and comprehensive peace and embarked, instead, on acts of repression and killing of the Palestinians and also converted the occupied Arab lands into a huge prison.
The Egyptian president denounced the logic of use of force and the Israeli repression, stressing his country's commitment to the restoration of all occupied Arab rights, provide for Israel's complete withdrawal from all occupied Arab lands including Jerusalem and the Golan up to June 4, 1967 border lines.
The Egyptian President explained that the question of Jerusalem is very critical and can not be violated, noting that the palestinian Authority is not free in deciding over the issue of Jerusalem which is of concern to all Arabs, Muslims and Christians.
