The rule of law, not possible without women, minister says
Morocco, Culture, 12/16/2000

Building up the rule of law will not be possible without women participation, minister in charge of women, family and child protection and integration of the disabled Nezha Chekrouni told the daily "Le Matin Du Sahara."

Women's rights are integral part of human rights and democracy is a whole that can not be sliced, said the minister insisting solutions to problems posed by women could be found in the respect of religious principles and international commitments.

Of the women's integration in development project, Chekrouni said it should be probed, debated, enriched and carried out as a whole.
