Nasrullah defines conditions for exchange deal with Israel

The secretary general of the Hizbullah Party Hassan Nasrullah on Wednesday clearly defined the conditions set by the Lebanese resistance to release the Israeli prisoners held with it in any exchange operation with Israel.

These conditions are not only limited to release the Lebanese detainees held in the Israeli jails, but also include all Arab detainees in these jails regardless to their attitudes, returning back the remains of the resistance martyrs buried in israel, revealing the fate of Lebanese and Palestinian missing and giving clear and precise maps on the mines networking implanted by the Israeli occupation forces before their withdrawal until the blue line.

Nasrullah, who stressed that Germany runs the consultation and talks relating to the exchange operation, he denied most media reports which talked about dates to complete this process which he said will be made as soon as Israel informs Germany of accepting the conditions set by the resistance.

In a speech he delivered at an Iftar annual banquet for the commission in charge of backing the Islamic resistance on Wednesday, the secretary general of the Hizbullah party explained that the party deals with this file on the ground of humanitarian considerations and the he briefs the state officials in the atmospheres of the current negotiations. He remarked most of the contacts held with the party since the capture of the three soldiers and the arrest of the Mossad officer in Beirut.

Nasrullah defined the demands of the Party as follows:"

1. Not to give any information on the fate of the three soldiers only for a guarantee relating to Lebanese detainees or non- Lebanese detainees in the Israeli jails;

2. Delivering the bodies of martyrs of resistance men existed inside the occupied Palestinian territories.

3. Handing over Lebanon or the UN the special maps relating to the maps implanted by Israel in the occupied Lebanese territories during the period of the occupation;


4. Making an exchange confined to the three soldiers and the Mossad officer from the side of the party by all detainees and prisoners in the Israeli jails regardless to their identity and attitude.

5. Discussing the file of the Lebanese and Palestinian missing whose traces have vanished in Lebanon or inside Palestine itself, including civilians or resistance men.
