Boeing considers de-localizing industrial production

Chairman of Boeing's commercial airplanes department Alan Mulally said here his group was considering de-localization of some of its industrial productions to Morocco. Mulally told the press his group intends to expand 30 year of fruitful cooperation to industrial production pointing out his visit is meant to probe possibilities in electric components manufacture, know-how development, satellite air-control and maintenance.
Boeing's senior vice-president, accompanied by sales and marketing executive vice-chairman Seddik Belyamani, said that in the year 2000 his group delivered 492 civil crafts, 60 PC of turnover, and that 85 PC of the 11,000 planes flown worldwide are Boeing air-crafts.
