An Israeli settlement plan in the Golan

The Israeli ministry of settlement has announced a new bid to build some 100 settlement units in Katserin settlement in the occupied Syrian Golan heights. This settlement was built on the remains of the Syrian town of Qasrein ( arabic for two palaces).
This new Israeli step comes at a time when the Israeli government claims care to reach peace, ignoring all international legitimacy resolutions which call for withdrawal of the Israeli forces from the Golan and all occupied Arab territories.
