Arabic calligraphy is an artistic form reflecting a certain philosophy. It is considered the supreme artistic achievement that has never ceased to infatuate minds.

Artists and calligraphists have created first class portraits, stone works decorated with Arabic calligraphy.

In addition to brushes, Arabic calligraphy is written by special pens. Arabic letter is connected to the word that involves a sort of divine inspiration as if it were a means of divine will. So, Arab calligraphy is far beyond any other artistic expression.

The most remarkable feature of Arab calligraphy is its ability to fit any space and kind of material, be it cloth or stone, not to mention paper and wood.

Arabic calligraphy is merged in Arabic designs to give certain sense. Accordingly, such portraits are not only a fine art but also a key of Arab and Islamic civilization.
