Mossad's agent confesses

The spy Sherif Al Filaly admitted - before the State Supreme Security Prosecution that he was involved for the Israeli intelligence which recruited him to get as much information as it could about Egypt. Yet, the Egyptian intelligence was able to uncover his practices.

Filaly was graduated in the faculty of engineering in 1988. He traveled to Germany for higher studies. There, he was acquainted to a Swiss woman called "Emi Noel" . He found that she was a Jew and always talked about the peace between Egypt and Israel. The spy looked for work to finance his living and entertainment. He got a per diem work in a car company, then worked in other jobs.

The spy said he joined the Liberal Party in Germany to acquire a scholarship . He came to know some Egyptians there . In the Party's meetings, they began to ask him about Egypt, its political status, the parties available there and he was asked if he could pay a visit to Israel.

In order to get permanent residence in Germany he came to be a friend to "Mrs. Ernie" with whom he worked in an institute belonging to Stuttgart university for 80 hours a month, for 1000 Marks. They agreed to marry. He asked her to provide him with a chance for a better job. She helped him and introduced him to a an official in one engineering company where he met the one in charge of the Middle East division called Slock Jian.

During his work in that company, Filaly discovered that it has branches in various countries of the world. He started to get access to the files of the company relating to different states including Iraq, Israel and Egypt. He found that the volume of information has been extraordinary. There again he came in touch with reports of the US intelligence organ CIA.

19th. Jian required the spy to get ready to travel to Israel, as he would hold a job in the company's office there. Therefore, he had to learn Hebrew. He joined the Israeli cultural office in Frankfurt where he got several courses. It was obvious that most of the employees there were agents of the Israeli intelligence "Mossad". He came again to get acquainted to a teacher called Ester who encouraged him to go and have work in Israel.

Filaly thought to return back to Egypt as he got unable to pay his debts. Mrs. Erina asked him to go to "Palm Majorca", in Spain, where large numbers of Jews live there. Actually, he arrived in Spain in June 1996. There, he was aquainted to "Rosa Sanshez" who accompanied him to Egypt in the period from 21 December 1996 to January 1997. He asked his father to establish an import-export office for him. Filaly went to the Egyptian embassy and met the commercial attachÈ, Ayman Abdul Aziz who offered him great assistance to find exporting activity from Egypt to Spain. Even, his name was registered as a member of the Egyptian and Spanish businessman who accompanied King Juan Carlos during his visit to Egypt from 15 to 17 February 1997.

Then, he knew Gregory Chevintic the double agent of the Russian and Israeli intelligence, who had Spain as a center for his activities in favor of the Mossad and claimed to possess a fortune of about 5 million dollars earned from armament trade. He asked Filaly to work with him.

The relationship developed between Filaly and the Russian Israeli agent who demanded military and political information about Egypt. Gregory was the starting contact circle with the Mossad until he introduced him to the two Israeli intelligence officers, without being conscious that the Public Egyptian Intelligence system has been following up all their movements and filed the whole case.
