The Jordanian weekly al-Hilal said in its today's issue that the Syrian leadership has formed a committee chaired by the deputy prime minister Muhammad Naji al Otari to study amendment of the of the printing and press law in Syria which was drawn in 1949 and amended in 1952 and was suspended to be active after the launching of the march 8 revolution in 1963.

Jordan ratifies naval agreement with Syria
Jordan has ratified the sea navigation agreement with Syria. This was approved in a royal decree which also stressed the deep fraternal and trade relations between Jordan and Syria and the desire to deepen cooperation relations and trade and economic relations as well as joint cooperation in the naval area.

Well- informed sources concerned with oil industry said on Monday that Iraq has not resumed the exports of crude oil from the Turkish port of Jeihan on the Mediterranean or al-Baker port on the Arab Gulf.
