Al-Assad discusses with Bweiz, Hawi conditions in the region, Israeli escalation

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday at al-Shaab palace received member of the Lebanese parliament and former foreign minister Fares Bweiz.
Talks dealt with conditions in the region and their reflections on the Arab arena and issues of concern to Syria and Lebanon in the current conditions of continued Israeli aggressions against the Palestinian people.
President Bashar al-Assad also received former secretary general of the Lebanese communist party George Hawi.
Talks also dealt with developments in the region and responsibilities assigned to the Arab people in light of the escalated aggressive Israeli acts.
