Dialogue resumed between al- Taqadumi and al-Aouni

Dialogue, which was resumed several weeks ago, resumed on Monday between the " Socialist Progressive Party" led by member of Lebanese parliament Walid Junblat and the " free national trend" ( al-Tayar al-Watani al-Hur) led my Michael Aoun.
A delegation representing al-Taya's party led by Lt. Gen. Nadim Lteif visited the headquarters of the al-Taqadumi ( progressive ) party in Beirut and met with many of its leading cadres especially with Maj. gen. Sharif Fayad.
The two sides underlined the importance of dialogue between sides concerned and Lebanese parties until ultimate national reconciliation.
Each of the two sides expressed his views in the developments on the Lebanese arena and the of preserving the freedom of expression and to have consent and differences with others within a democratic system that should be enhanced. They also discussed the deteriorated economic conditions and the role played by the new government to improve these conditions and agreed to continue dialogue and meetings.
