Syrian mediation to prevent the partition of Iraq

The Saudi daily al-Watan said on Monday that the Syrian mediation which came at an Iraqi request to convene a dialogue with the Kurdish villages aims at preventing the partition of Iraq
In its Monday's issue, the paper said that " it is true that the Iraqi regime is an outlaw, however, the unity of Iraq is a red line that can not be violated and on this ground we can understand what was said about a possible Syrian mediation.
