Arafat bans opening of fire against Palestinian settlements, army centers

Chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat on Monday issued an order calling for the arrest of any person who opens fire from the areas supervised by the Palestinian territories towards the settlements and centers of the Israeli occupation army.
The Israeli army radio said that all Palestinian centers and police members received this order, in writing.
