Sudan's foreign minister arrives in Addis Ababa

Sudan's foreign minister Mustafa Othman Ismael arrived on Thursday evening in Addis Ababa to hold talks with officials in the Ethiopian government on issues of concern to the two sides.
News reports said that Othman Israel will also hold talks relating to preparations for convening the summit of heads of states and governments of the Government's Authority for Development IGAD due to be held in Khartoum on November 23 and 24. It includes Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Somalia and Sudan.
