Car-sales slightly picking up end of september

Car-sales in Morocco, irrespective of category, slightly picked up in the early nine months of this year, announced the Moroccan employers' association (CGEM) in its latest bulletin "Info-CGEM."
Quoting figures of the Moroccan automotive assembled vehicle importers' association, the newsletter says light utility vehicles recorded a 2 PC increase while truck-sales dropped 14 PC.
Sales of imported assembled cars reached 14,940 end of September as compares with 13,085 for the same period last year, which is a 14 PC rise.
Trucks sales dropped 14 PC with sales plummeting from 3,132 in 1999 to 2,685 end of Sept.
