Socialist International calls Sahara two sides to political dialog
The Socialist International (SI) Council adopted a resolution in its meeting in Maputo, Nov.10-11, launching an appeal to both sides of the Sahara issue asking them to open "a political dialog reaching beyond agreements which could be reached in negotiations under way."
