In its Friday's issue, the United Arab Emirates UAE daily al-Bayan quoted well-informed diplomatic sources in Beirut as saying that a deal is being prepared secretly to exchange prisoners between Israel and the Hizbullah.

German sources told the paper that the Israeli side set three conditions to discuss the possibility of the exchange relating to have official Lebanese answers which are " did Hizbullah deployed 1,000 stations for Katyusha missiles in South lebanon with the knowledge of the Lebanese authorities; did the Hizbullah party get new weapons from Iran and this weapons entered Lebanon at the knowledge of the Lebanese authorities and its consent and when is the Lebanese authorities set to deploy its army in the south."

The paper said that for its part, the Hizbullah party set three conditions to exchange the living prisoners existed in Israel and the remains and bodies of the martyrs that the Israelis still hold as well as to disclose the fate of the missing especially those who took part in operations against Israel.
