Russia understands Moroccan stand in fishery talks with EU, ambassador

Russia's ambassador to Rabat Youri Kotov Michailovitch said his country understands the Moroccan stand on fishery talks underway with the European Union. In a meeting with the speaker of the Chamber of advisors (upper house), Mustapha Okacha, the diplomat said his country knows Moroccan approach is based on findings of scientific research to which Russian scientists contributed.
Okacha surveyed with the ambassador cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance exchanges and hailed Russia for technical and scientific support, namely in the field of maritime research.
