Syrian- Jordanian continued contacts over al-Wahda dam

The Jordanian minister of waters and irrigation Hatem Hilwani on Wednesday in Amman announced that contacts are continuous with the Syrian side over al-Wahda dam.
He added that a group of companies was qualified to implement this project and that final steps to choose a consultant to supervise preparing the project's documents have been almost completed.
Minister Hilwani added that a meeting will be shortly held with the Syrian minister of irrigation to follow up the executive measures for al-Wahda dam project.
