Sudan given authorities over humanitarian organization working in it

The UN has offered the Sudanese government the right to deal with any air, land or river conveyer working in the humanitarian field areas inside Sudan, illegally.
The Sudanese minister of state and social planning Shoul Denq unveiled tough measures agreed upon by the Sudanese government and the UN as well as the rebel movement led by John Garang in meetings held in Geneva during the past few days. The meetings make it obligatory for these organizations to notify the Sudanese authorities on the quality of the transferred materials and the period the staffs of these organizations stay inside the country, stressing that these measures will be applied in all the targeted areas being under the control of the government or the rebellion movement.
In a statement to the Sudanese daily al-Rai al-Am issued on Tuesday, Shoul warned the organizations which carry out illegitimate activity in Sudan, stressing that these organizations will shoulder their full responsibility towards the new government's measures.
He explained that the representatives for the government, the rebellion movement and the UN agreed at Geneva meeting to invite the passages control committee which was formed from the two sides immediately if any violations for the " Life Line " charter is made.
According to this Life Line the UN reaches humanitarian and foodstuffs aids to those who were exposed to damages.
