More Saudi Arabian aid to the Palestinian government

Saudi Arabia has transferred a sum of US $ 30 million as aids to the Palestinian government in a separate donation of financial obligations proposed by Saudi Arabia at the Arab summit in October. The Palestinian government representative in al-Riyadh Mustafa Hashem al- Sheikh said in a statement that this sum was transferred on Sunday.
He added that the Saudi government had offered the sum separately from the donations offered by the Saudi crown prince Abdullah at the Arab summit.
However, at the Arab summit which was held in Egypt in October, the Saudi crown prince Abdullah called for establishing al-Aqsa mosque Fund of US $ 800 million to finance projects to preserve the Arab and Islamic identity of Jerusalem and the Fund of al-Quds uprising to which will be dedicated a sum of US $ 200 million to be spent on the families of the Palestinian martyrs who were killed by Israel during the Intifada.
Saudi Arabia will contribute of 25% of the two Funds budgets.
