Iraqi President Saddam Hussein on Sunday received a message from his Tunisian counterpart Zein al-Abidin Bin Ali relating to coordination concerning conditions in the Arab states and the issue of lifting the embargo imposed on Iraq since more than 10 years and bilateral relations between the two states.
