Qrei expects normalization with Kuwait

The chairman of the Palestinian National Council Ahmad Qrei ' on Thursday expressed his conviction that the Kuwaiti- Palestinian relations will witness normalization and " a great progress in the coming phase."
The Kuwaiti daily al-Rai al-Am quoted Qrei as saying " relations have been rapidly increasing and we are looking to have it like before," before the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait.
