Arafat confers with Moratinos
Palestine-Israel-European Union, Politics, 10/25/2000
Palestinian President Yasser Arafat on Monday evening met with the EU- ME peace special envoy Miguel Moratinos in Gaza. They discussed current conditions in the West Bank and Gaza and what the European states can do to put an end to the bloody confrontations between the Palestinians and the Israeli army and to return back to the table of negotiations.
