On Butaflika's visit to Libya

The Algerian President Abd El-Aziz Bu Taflika visited the night before last Tripoli where he held talks with the Libyan President Moammar al-Qaddafi.
The Libyan radio broadcasted that the two leaders discussed means of enhancing the bilateral relations and the situation in the African continent as well as the current Arab stance.
Qaddafi did not participated in the Arab summit and he denounced the results of the summit which he depicted of being weak.
