Moroccan - German economic, cultural days open in Rabat

Moroccan - German economic and cultural days opened in Rabat Monday night at the initiative of the Moroccan-German Association.
The ten-day event means to promote friendship and cooperation ties between the two countries and enhance dialog between economic operators, says honorary chairman Ahmed Osman.
Speakers at the opening ceremony called for bridges between the two cultures for better understanding and stressed opportunities for cooperation at the local scale such as the planning, development and exploitation of the Atlantic coast and the two banks of the Bou Regreg river.
The event features lectures on environment, culture and vocational training.
