Relations with Israel are against the Mauritanians, Party says

Ahmed Walad Dada, the chief of the democratic forces union party in Mauritania, considered that establishing relations between Mauritania and Israel an assault on the Mauritania people's dignity saying that these relations hurt Mauritania's interests with the Arab states and that they effect the cause of Palestine. He also said "the justifications of the Mauritanian regime are neither convincing nor substantial and that there is violation to the democracy," adding that "the demonstrations will remain till the victory and we will not give up neither our policy nor our call for stopping the political and the economic relations with Israel."
