An Israel colonel captured by Lebanese resistance

The Lebanese national resistance on Sunday captured an Israeli colonel in a new " special" operation.

This was announced by the secretary general of the Hizbullah party Hassan Nasrullah at a speech he delivered at the inauguration of the special session of the participants of the Arab and Islamic national conference whose deliberations started in Beirut on Sunday.

Nasrullah said that the Israeli army officer "A colonel" is working with one of the Israeli security system, but he gave no details about this operation which he described as a special complex security operation whose details will be announced later.

After announcing the news of capturing this Israeli colonel joy spread over areas of South Lebanon and the people took the streets of South Lebanon's areas and villages in demonstrations in which the Lebanese and national resistance flags were raised and national anthem was chanted. In streets and villages, the slogans commemorating the heroism of the Lebanese national resistance were chanted.

To this effect, the secretary general of the Islamic Jihad movement in Palestine Ramadan Shalah commended the Lebanese resistance operation and said in press statements that this operation is a real expression on the Arab nation's continued struggle with the struggle of the Palestinian people.

Meantime, the Qatari al-Jazira TV station quoted its correspondent in the Palestinian Territories saying that the kidnapping operation of the Israeli army officer was made on Sunday at dawn and the correspondent added that nobody had known about the kidnapping operation even the advisors of Nasrullah and the Syrian leadership, adding that this matter was carried out as a " top secret " and only Nasrullah, the chairman of the security department at his department and the those who carried out the kidnapping operation only knew about that."

This operation which was carried by the Lebanese national resistance has shaken the Israeli society and created a state of horror and disorder especially in the political and military departments in Israel, adding that this state was reflected by the contradictory Israeli statements on this issue. The correspondent said that the Israeli officer is a businessman in an Electronic company and is has a military post like other Israeli intelligence officers who are working disguised in companies such as the captured Israeli army officer works in before he was captured by the Lebanese national resistance.
