Emir of Bahrain to visit Syria tomorrow

It was announced in Bahrain today that the ruler of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa intends to visit Syria tomorrow. The Gulf News Agency quoted an Emiri statement as saying that Sheikh Hamad will hold talks with his " brother President Bashar al-Assad dealing with bilateral relations between the two sisterly countries and means of backing them and developments and escalations taking part in the region especially the Israeli aggressions against the Palestinian people."
The statement added that talks will deal with developments on the Arab and international arenas and issues of mutual concern.
