Yemeni president visits Tunis today, first in 22 years

The Yemeni President Ali Abdu Allah Saleh is officially visiting Tunis today for the first time for a Yemeni president since 1978.
The Yemeni president is escorted during by a group of hight level politicians and businessmen to follow up on the implementation of a commercial agreement that was previously signed between the trade ministers in the two states.
It is worthy to mention that Tunis and Yemen are linked by political coordination since long time for that the two states opposed using power against Iraq in 1991 and demanded the Iraqi forces' withdrawal from Kuwait peacefully.
Sanaa and Tunis belong to the five fold committee that was assigned by the Arab League's council to prepare for the urgent Arab summit and to prepare the summit's agenda.
