Palestine-Israel, Politics, 10/11/2000
Two burning bottles were thrown on Monday inside a Jewish synagogue in the French capital, France.
The Hebrew language Israeli radio said on Tuesday that a fire was set in that place and resulted in heavy losses. The radio added that the incident took place after the decision taken by the French police to intensify security measures around the synagogue and the Jewish properties in various parts of France after the demonstrations took place in France condemning the Israeli aggressions against the Palestinians.
Meantime, similar explosive bottles were thrown on a Jewish synagogue in Tashkent, Uzbakistan, resulted in a huge fire. The Israeli radio reported.
