A message from Qaddafi to Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa

The Ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Sunday received a message from Libyan President Muammar al-Qaddafi. The message which was handed over to Qatar's minister of state for foreign affairs Ahmad Bin Abdullah al- Mahmoud during his meeting with acting secretary of the Libyan office in Doha Ali Ibrahim Abu Ojeilah relates to bilateral relations between the two states and several issues of mutual concern.
