Amnesty International to investigate in al-Aqsa events

A delegation from the Amnesty International organization began an investigation in the Palestinian lands and in Tel Aviv for the reasons behind the tens of Palestinian being killed and injured.

The delegation who arrived at Israel comprises international personalities and they held meetings with Israeli and Palestinian non-governmental organizations and meetings with the Israeli forces as well as the police regarding what happened in Nasra and Um El-Fahm cities in which a large number of people were killed during the demonstrations.

Elizabeth Hokman, the member of the organization's secretariaship said that "these is an intensive usage for power in Israel against the demonstrators and that it happens every year for it happened in May of the current year during which 8 demonstrators were killed and also 1996 during the protest over digging a tunnel under al-Aqsa mosque."
