With $ 90 million capital - Orascom establishes cement factory in Algeria

The Egyptian company Orascom for establishment and industry established a cement factory in Algeria with 90 million dollars capital with productive capacity of 1,800 million tons annually. The work will begin in the coming year.
This was stated by Nasef Saweras, the delegate member of Orascom, referring to that Algeria was chosen for its being a strong market.
Saweras said "Orascom owns 100% the factory, referring to that Orascom is also getting ready to begin the work with cement grinding station in Palestine in association with Holder Bank in Gaza City."
