Syria: changes covering 10 governors

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad released on Thursday a decree which provides for transferring three governors from the provinces of Deir ezz zour, Lattakia and Daraa and another decree to appoint other seven new governors.

SANA said that the first presidential decree states to transfer of the governor of Deir ezz zour Salah Kanaj to be a governor for Aleppo province, Lattakia's governor Nawaf Fares to be the governor of Idleb and Daraa's governor Safi Abu Wdan to be the governor of Lattakia.

The second decree state Sami Shafiq al-Saleh to be a governor for Deir ezz Zour; Faisal Abdu Qasem to be the governor of al-Raqqa; Subhei Kekhya to be the governor of Sweida, Nabil Omran the governor of Daraa, Hilal Hani al-Atrash to be the governor of Quneitra, Saeed Aqil to be the governor of Hama and Ihsan al-Hakim to be the governor of Homs province.
