Jordan, Austria for agricultural investment projects

Jordan's deputy prime minister and minister of state for economic affairs Muhammad al-Halaeyqa on Thursday discussed with an Austrian investment delegation the possibility of holding an investment project in the Jordanian desert areas, allocated to invest arid lands for agricultural purposes.
The Jordanian minister stressed the support of the Jordanian government for such investments which will be positively reflected on citizens, towards ensuring new job opportunities besides developing the desert in benefiting it in backing the national economy.
