Iran calls Islamic countries to meet, Khameni urges starting jihad

Ayatollah Ali Khameni, the spiritual guide of the Islamic republic urged the Islamic countries to open "the jihad door" before their people to liberate Palestine in Iran's trend to begin a wide public and political move to support the Palestinian people in confronting the Israeli occupation forces.

Iran in its capacity as head to the current session of the Islamic Conference Organization called for an urgent meeting by the foreign ministers of the organization as President Mohammed Khatami received the delegation of the Islamic resistance movement Hamas in the evening of demonstrations in the Iranian capital.

The Iranian parliament assured of standing by the Palestinians and the resistance.
