A four way summit tomorrow among Mubarak, Arafat, Barak and Albright
Palestine, Politics, 10/4/2000
The Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak received yesterday a phone call from the Israeli Prime Minister Ihud Barak that tackled the necessity to work on containing the deteriorated situation in the occupied lands.
The Egyptian president said that he urged the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat and Ihud Barak to meet in Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt) to discuss all matters openly and they welcomed the invitation.
Mubarak assured that the tragic events confirmed what he previously said that the holy mosque and eastern Jerusalem are a part of the lands which Israel occupied in 1967 and they must be given back to the Palestinians.
