Palestinian students committees observe a sit in against Israeli massacres
Palestine-Israel, Politics, 10/4/2000

The Palestinian students committee in the Sidon and Tyre camps in Lebanon on Tuesday carried out a sit in before the centers of the Red Cross in the area, in denunciation of the brutal massacres and oppressive acts carried out by the Israeli army against the Palestinians in the occupied lands and in support of the massive people's uprising in Jerusalem, Gaza and other Palestinian territories.

People's demonstration were held in the Palestinian camps of al-Rashedeyah, al-Meya Meya and Ein al-Helwah in solidarity with the Palestinian people in confrontation of the Israeli occupation army and in defense of the Arab identity of Jerusalem and al-Aqsa mosque.

The demonstrators raised the Israeli flags as an expression of their anger over the Israeli brutal practices against the Palestinians children, women and the elderly.
