Kadhafi begins tour of Arab states

Libyan President Moammar Kadhafi, has started a working visit covering several days to Egypt and other Arab capitals.
Kadhafi crossed the border post of M'said, 1,600 km east of Tripoli, into Egypt late Monday morning.
Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak Monday received Libyan Leader Muammar Gaddafi and discussed a flurry of ever-pressing Arab and regional issues on top of which the recent incidents in the Palestinian territories as well as the possibility to convene an Arab summit.
The talks also dealt with developments of the Sudanese national reconciliation and the Somali file.
Kadhafi was last in Egypt in April 1999 during the first Africa-Europe summit. He and Mubarak also met in Tripoli in July this year.
