Qaddafi gets a message from Ruler of Qatar

Ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Saturday evening made a telephone call to Libyan President Muammar al-Qaddafi and exchanged views concerning several Arab and international issues of mutual concern, and bilateral relations and means of strengthening and developing them.
