Mubarak to receive Arafat, Assad, Gaddafi

Egypt's President Mubarak today receives Palestinian Leader Yasser Arafat, President Bashar A1 Assad Sunday and Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi on Monday.
Talks with the three leaders will tackle the peace crisis, the results of Washington negotiations and Israeli provocation in Jerusalem.
Egyptian-Syrian talks will tackle the situation in the Middle East, the developments of talks on the Syrian-Israeli track and ways of bolstering relations between Egypt and Syria.
Prime Minister Atef Ebeid said Egyptian-Syrian talks will deal with economic relations, ways of bolstering joint cooperation in the fields of electricity and Petroleum. He said Egyptian companies have gained well-established experience in these two fields and they would take part in carrying projects in the two fields. He said joint cooperation will cover industrial and agricultural fields adding the higher joint committee will meet in Damascus and the date of the meeting would be agreed on. He said the economic file would touch on agricultural and business sectors.
