Nasrallah assures the necessity of the Syrian existance for Lebanon's security

Hassan Nasrallah, the secretary general of Hezaballah assured that the Syrian existence in Lebanon is the real guarantee for the security and quiet in Lebanon, saying that no one denies Syria's role in ending the factional fighting and its keeping the internal peace in Lebanon, assuring that the factionalists are the reason behind the problems in Lebanon and not the external interference as some people allege.

Nasrallah said in a celebration for honoring the Lebanese Syrian and Arab information men who supported the resistance that "the resistance weapons will remain as long as Israel occupies any piece of the Lebanese lands and its continuation in detaining the Lebanese captives."

On his side, Adnan Omran, the Syria information minister assured that "Syria made a lot of sacrifices in order to keep Lebanon's unity and the Syrian leadership did not spare an effort to support Lebanon's resistance to the occupation and defending Lebanon's safety," adding that "the Syrian - Lebanese relations are strategic ruled by the good of the two intimate people."
