Guinean premier Lamini Sidimi arrived here Monday evening bearing a message from President Lansana Conte to King Mohammed VI.
Transport and Merchant Navy minister Abdeslam Znined and guinean ambassador Sylla Mamadou Saliou welcomed the Guinean head of government.
