Bin Ami discusses with king Abdullah peace process developments

Following his visit to Egypt the acting Israeli foreign minister Shlomi Bin Ami headed yesterday to Jordan where he held talks with King Abdullah II of Jordan that tackled peace process developments.

In a press conference with his Jordanian counterpart Abd El-Elah El-Khateeb, Bin Amani assured the importance of the time element for the peace process on the Palestinian track which he depicted as witnessing the last chance.

Bin Ami said that he informed king Abdullah of Israel's stance which considers that the peace process is passing through a decisive phase, expressing his belief that it is time to take tough decisions by the leaders.

For his part, Abdu El-Elah El-Khaleb assured that Bin Ami's visit to Jordan was a chance to exchange opinions and to listen to a report concerning the progress of the Palestinian - Israeli discussions.
