Egypt's FM in Tunisia tomorrow to discuss the Arab summit
Tunisia-Egypt, Politics, 9/26/2000

Egypt's foreign minister Amr Moussa tomorrow starts an official visit to Tunisia which will last for two days during which he will preside over, together with his Tunisian counterpart Habib Bin Yahya, the meetings of the follow up and political consultation committee in preparation for the annual session of the joint higher committee which is presided over by the Tunisian prime minister Muhammad al-Ghanoushe and his Egyptian counterpart Atif Obeid in Tunisian in March 2001.

It was reported in Tunisia that on top of the issues to be discussed by the follow up committee is co-ordination of stances of the two governments towards the Arab summit which was called on by the Arab League AL council in its recent session in Cairo, as well as studying the new mechanism, which guarantees regular Arab summits.
