Syrian source denies invitation for Patriarch Sfeir to meet with President al-Assad

A well-informed Syrian source denied in a statement to the London-based al-Sharq Al-Awsat any proposal given to the Maronite patriarch Nasrullah Sfeir to meet with President Bashar al-Assad at the Republic's Palace in Baabda in the frame of the first visit to be held by President al-Assad to Lebanon.
The Syrian source added that so far no certain date was set to President al-Assad's visit to Lebanon.
