Quebec's official leads business mission to Morocco

Quebec's vice-premier, Bernard Landry will be heading starting next Monday a business delegation on a four-day mission in Morocco, the Canadian embassy in Rabat announced.
Landry, who is also economy and finance state minister and minister of industry and trade at the Canadian French-speaking province of Quebec, is accompanied by executives from over 40 firms.
On Tuesday, he will co-chair with Moroccan minister of trade, industry, energy and mining, Mustapha Mansouri, a meeting with executives from Moroccan companies of information technologies, energy, environment, vocational training and higher education.
The mission organizers explained that this is the 1st time that such a large economic delegation from Quebec -- 90 members-- is visiting the region with which Quebec is sharing language (French).
