The secretary general of the Arab league AL Ismat Abdul Miguid has announced the Arab foreign ministers will convene a special meeting in Cairo on October 21 and 22 to discuss arrangements for convening an annual Arab summit. On September 4, the AL council adopted an appendix for the AL charter states to convene an Arab summit every one year in march at the AL headquarters.
