Egypt:The nomination begin today for the parliamentary election

The first steps of the electoral operations began today to choose members of the new parliament when Egyptian interior minister General Habib El-Adely allowed receiving the nomination requests from the citizens in all governorates.

El-Adely determined a 5 days period to receive the requests to be finished on coming Monday to be followed by issuing a decision to begin the election campaigns and setting its time period to prepare for the elections that will be held in 3 phases to begin on the coming October the 18th and end on the coming November the 14th.

The Wafd party said its list comprises 225 candidates, Tagamoar party presented 49 candidates in 24 governorates while the ruling party presented his list which comprises 444 candidates which are the number of seats in all Egypt's governorates and the Naseri party specified 45 candidates for the elections.
