Supreme Jordanian - Egyptian joint committee preperations today in Amman

Works of the preparatory meetings of the supreme Jordanian - Egyptian joint committee began today in Jordan.

The head of the Egyptian delegation Ahmed El Dosh said "the meetings aims at vitalizing the agreements signed between Egypt and Jordan during the former session of the joint supreme committee" referring that the volume of the commercial exchange between the first 7 months of the current year reached 45 million dollars that are to reach 150 million dollars in year 2003 in shadow of the distinguished and developing relations between the two states.

Wasef Azer, the trade and industry minister and head of the Jordan side in meetings, hailed the distinguished relations between the two states, assuring that Egypt and Jordan aim to reach an Arab economic integration to confront the challenges in the Arab Nation, emphasizing on that the economic relations are the right way to reach Arab unity.
